I think your point is very valid, people who study in the states should be allowed to stay longer if they want to, they should be granted visas, because in the end, many do leave because of their migratory status, and the country is at a loss, they loose an educated person who could have stayed and contributed to the economym they need to change the law so people can dtay longer.
