Lab-grown cultured meat (update)

Back in October we alerted our Smart Economy blog readers to the idea of cultured, lab-grown meat. Scientists can grow edible meat in culture from a few animal cells

Since our last blog entry, stories on cultured meat appeared in the New York Times Magazine, 11 December 2005 and The Economist, The World in 2006, p.109

Now NOVA, the Science TV show on PBS has done story on it
