Summary
Effect of hydrated fullerene C60 (C60HyFn) onto kinetics parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis of fibrin clot induced by tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) in vitro was studied. Incubation of t-PA in the C60HyFn solution increased rate of clot lysis by 2,7 times and reduced time of half-lysis by 1,6 times. Data obtained suggest that enzyme fibrinolytic activity elevation occurs due to stabilization of enzyme water microenvironment in the presence of C60HyFn. Application of fullerene C60 may be useful for creation of highly efficient thrombolytical drugs.
