Ukraine and Russia finished gas talks, having agreed on a new price for natural gas and other conditions facilitating the resolution of the dispute over the reduction of its price, a source from the Ukrainian presidential administration told the Economic News newspaper."Roughly, in late November to early December (when the new contracts are due to be signed).
