Walter, you may remember from my paper that we start over 140,000 new businesses a year in Canada. The unfortunate thing is that 130,000 close each year. If you accept the survival rate of 10% that's only 1000/yr that get to survive 5 yrs and that's only 16,000 jobs!
We have to work on the survival rate!
