Latest results on Hydrated Fullerenes in Agra-business.
In the past, I’ve written about the amazing biological and medical properties of hydrated fullerenes (HyFN's) (or fullerenes molecules with 60 carbon atoms surrounded by water clusters) including their anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, ant-microbial and anti-oxidant properties.
For example, wheat seedlings that are watered with aqueous solutions of hydrated fullerenes (at ten to the minus nine concentrations) grow faster, taller and become more hardy and disease resistant then wheat that gets normal water..
BTW, fullerenes or buckyballs (or C60 ,are not naturally water soluble, just like coal, or diamonds) can be produced synthetically or are found in nature ( a byproduct of heating carbohydrates such as sugar cane-they are found in molasses in trace amounts). The hydration process makes them water soluble (without the toxic effects if you were to otherwise add chemicals derivatives to them to make them water-soluble.)
Now, according to my colleague in Ukraine, Professor Grigory Andrievsky, their latest research applications and results (yet unpublished) can be transferred from crops to animals.
The National Academy of Agrarian Science in Kyiv along with the Veterinary Academy of Science in Kharkiv worked with two day old chickens, who were fed a diet, which included HyFn laced water. They all grew up much faster and healthier. After 30- to 45 days, they were all healthier looking and outweighed the control group by 20-30 %, which did not get the fullerene infused water, Nanosized mineral supplements such as Ag, Cu, Zn. Mg etc were used too but they had no effect on growth rates and size. Researchers caution that the results are preliminary and based on two independent trials only, never-the-less veterinary scientists in Ukraine are amazed and are eager to speed up the regulatory process and to test this new technology on a larger scale in the chicken breading industry.
That only leaves one question-I wonder what the eggs will look like?
Now I know what everyone is thinking at this point-is this stuff toxic at all? That's what I was wondering before I started to do my due diligence. People have been drinking water with infused fullereres at health spas for several centuries now. Also see my previous post or Google "hydrated fullerenes" and "toxicity"for more information.
Martin Chaplin a professor in the Uk, who is a world leading authority on water, cites Andrijevski’s work on Hydrated Fullerenes here
In a footnote Chaplin says:
"Although disputed from some quarters, the toxicity widely reported for some C60 preparations may be solely due to the presence of significant amounts of solvent or impurities [687] Tests for physiological harm should be experimental as modeling studies may ignore this hydration effect (for example, [956]). Other work has shown that hydrated fullerene may have some health benefit [1317]."
